Description

Support engineering product team leads, control account managers, and program leads with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis, including Budget Change Requests (BCRs), EAC/LRE updates, and cost and labor run analysis. The role drives cost control and schedule predictability using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools, and prepares analyses and reports for decision-making. Effective, self-sufficient work and collaboration with functional teams are essential to ensure program financial commitments are met.

Responsibilities

  • Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) monthly, including cost estimates, reasonableness testing, and risk/opportunities assessments at Program/Product/Mission level

  • Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions

  • Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts

  • Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required

  • University degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience

  • Working experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial systems

  • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, focus on Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FAR, DFARS, and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they relate to bid/cost proposals

  • Experience leading and managing execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a work area

  • Knowledge in a technical/professional discipline with understanding of cross-organization impact

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers
