Description

You’ll contribute to UX research, product design, and/or technical content development for a specific IBM Z product area, guided by senior team members. The role emphasizes a user-centered approach, learning design and content practices, and supporting community and content ecosystem activities. You may also collaborate with customers or end users as part of the research/design/content process.

Responsibilities

• Support individual and team objectives by learning and contributing to research, design, and/or content development

• Apply user-centered perspective and advocate for customer/end-user needs

• Contribute to design community and content ecosystem operations by supporting community activities and knowledge sharing

• At times, engage with customers or other users during the design, research, or content process

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in college/university

• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to new scenarios

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work confidently within a cross-functional team

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
