Description

You will join the Technology team to work on a strategic, leader-selected project focused on user-centered research and intuitive UX design. You’ll conduct primary and secondary research, analyze findings, and communicate insights through effective storytelling with technology and business partners. You will present your project to leadership at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product designers to formulate strategic design decisions across the product development lifecycle

  • Balance creative ideation with business needs to build easy-to-use products

  • Conduct discovery research using methods such as user ecosystem mapping, interviews, journey mapping, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis

  • Analyze research data and articulate findings through storytelling to technology and business partners

Requirements

  • Attending an accredited university, college, or technical school

  • Major in Design, Technology, or a related field

  • Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2028

  • Digital portfolio demonstrating user-centered research and design practices

  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate cross-functionally and vertically

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Eagerness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Virtual/assessment rules: AI tools are not permitted during interviews or assessments; cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
