Description

You will collaborate with an experienced interaction design team to define, design, and document user-experience and interface aspects of products. You’ll support both UI and UX elements across multiple emergency care products and work closely with software engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to create user experience improvements. You will also help maintain the product’s visual design brand language across the software ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design thinking to solve complex design problems

• Contribute to UX/UI design sprints and design sprint processes

• Create information architecture artifacts such as user/task flow diagrams and interaction models

• Use and maintain design systems and consistent visual brand language

• Support early understanding of user needs through user research and contextual interviews

• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for end users

• $20 minimum hourly wage up to $35 maximum hourly wage
