Join a QA team as a Software Tester to help ensure reliable, business-relevant software for major banks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will learn under an experienced mentor and work across the testing lifecycle—from analyzing inputs and creating test cases to bug reporting, retesting, and regression test scenario preparation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze materials for testing: what, why, and how to test

• Create test cases to capture defects before they reach clients

• Test both the application and the underlying business requirements

• Log bugs and perform retesting

• Use SQL tools and testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI (and learn internal tools)

• Update specifications and user guides to keep documentation clear

• Create regression test scenarios that can be automated

• Analyze customer-reported issues and communicate with users

Requirements

• Completed university degree in a field that supports analytical thinking

• Analytical thinking and ability to systematically find issues

• Communication skills and assertive approach for working with analysts, developers, and clients

• Strong motivation to learn and improve in testing long-term

• Excellent Czech or Slovak

• Advanced English

• Ideal full-time availability

• Interest in building expertise specifically in testing (not only temporary experience)
