Description

Own and lead high-priority strategic product initiatives that span products, teams, and organizational boundaries. Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Care Advocacy, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Operations to define strategy, requirements, success metrics, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, owning outcomes rather than just delivery
  • Define product vision, strategy, success metrics, requirements, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Use customer research, market insights, and data analysis to inform product decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex dependencies, and balance short-term execution with long-term goals
  • Measure product performance, evaluate impact against KPIs, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes
  • Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to lead initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills using data to drive outcomes
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and build alignment without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
