Description

As a Merchandising Services Associate, you connect Merchandising with Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience. You maintain accurate signage, pricing labels, and digital wayfinding while building safe, clean, and customer-friendly product displays. You may assist customers when needed by answering questions and helping locate or handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects and provide proof of completion
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, including digital maintenance
• Confirm pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels
• Stage clearance products, sort items to proper locations, and place displays to support add-on sales
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage, merchandise, and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services team and manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
• Ability to use web-based computer programs
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation
