Description

You will take responsibility for the administration, quality, and development of master data. The role goes beyond administration: you will analyze data relationships, identify issues, propose solutions, and drive long-term improvements in data quality. You will work closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, marketing, IT, and other departments as a key link between processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete administration, monitoring, and maintenance of master data in the information system
• Communicate with customers during the introduction of new articles
• Create listing cards and manage master data in business partner portals
• Set up electronic communication with business partners and resolve problems and errors
• Become a future expert in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams; support and train colleagues
• Analyze colleagues’ requirements for adjustments and improvements in information systems
• Prepare regular reports for external partners

Requirements

• Logical and analytical thinking
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work with a computer in Microsoft Office; very good MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to understand connections between data and business processes
• Independence and ability to follow through on tasks
