Description

You will manage, support, and develop the iTWO system used for cost estimating, budgeting, and cost management. You will collaborate with estimators, production preparation, project managers, and technical teams, working with construction project data such as BOQs and inputs for pricing proposals. You will also help drive digitalization and standardization of company processes by analyzing data and reports and proposing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and further develop the iTWO system

• Collaborate with budget owners, production preparation, project managers, and technical teams

• Configure and optimize processes for estimating, budgeting, and cost controlling

• Work with construction project data, BOQs, and materials used for pricing offers

• Contribute to digitalization and standardization of internal processes

• Evaluate data and reports and propose efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Secondary or university education, ideally construction, technical, or IT

• Experience with iTWO or comparable cost estimating/budgeting software

• Knowledge of construction budgets, cost estimates, or preparation for bids

• Strong PC skills, especially MS Office (primarily Excel)

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data

• Independent, careful, and responsible work style

• Good communication and organizational skills
