Description

You will provide technical support and development for the Vema HR system used by customers. Responsibilities include incident handling, requirement analysis, system installation/configuration and updates, and monitoring server and database operations. You will also participate in implementations and train users on how to use Vema effectively.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer technical incidents and provide technical support
• Analyze customer requirements and design the optimal solution
• Install, configure, and perform regular system updates
• Ensure smooth operation of servers and databases
• Support implementation of the system into clients’ IT environments
• Train users and deliver presentations on using Vema

Requirements

• Secondary or university education, ideally in IT
• Good general orientation in IT, especially Windows and MS Office
• At least basic knowledge of database technologies
• Ability to search for solutions logically and in context
• Calm, rational, and understandable communication
