Description

Lead the Infrastructure & Platform area to ensure smooth, secure, scalable operation of internal IT, development environments, and platform standards that support software creation and maintenance. You will manage and standardize infrastructure and cloud environments (including DevOps processes and deployment automation) while collaborating with developers, architects, and tech leads. You will also own the technical aspects of security and compliance across infrastructure and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Infrastructure & Platform team responsible for general IT, infrastructure, and development environments

• Ensure internal infrastructure operations, Microsoft 365 environments, and user-supporting services run smoothly

• Manage development environments based on Azure and the IaaS infrastructure used by project teams

• Build, maintain, and evolve architectural standards for infrastructure and cloud environments

• Standardize cloud environments, develop DevOps processes, and create a consistent collaboration model with project teams

• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and tech leads on deployment/maintenance processes and Platform Engineering development

• Design and implement DevOps processes and solutions enabling deployment automation and application environment maintenance

• Own technical security and compliance aspects and ensure alignment with applicable standards

• Work with project teams, clients, and the compliance team on infrastructure, security, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years practical experience in development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering in a software development or software services organization

• Very strong knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including architectural, operational, and security topics

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations with deployment automation and application environment maintenance, or development of platforms supporting software delivery

• Practical experience designing, maintaining, or evolving infrastructure environments across on-premise and cloud solutions

• Ability to define and implement technical standards, processes, and best practices for infrastructure and platform technologies

• Practical security knowledge: infrastructure security, access management, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements

• Experience managing a technical team for infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or development environments (or documented successes managing a smaller technical area/team)

• Highly developed ownership mindset, independence, and experience running cross-team initiatives

• English at B2 or higher for documentation, email communication, security requirement analysis, and participation in technical meetings
