Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise cloud environments on Microsoft Azure. Automate CI/CD across Development, Test, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production using Infrastructure as Code, implement secure and quality-driven release processes, and ensure high availability, stability, and cost optimization. Work with monitoring/observability and help troubleshoot production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure cloud environments

• Build and automate Development, Test, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments using Terraform and Ansible

• Manage Azure services across compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, and backup & disaster recovery

• Optimize cloud resource and cost usage using FinOps best practices

• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for microservices and monolithic applications

• Automate build, test, artifact publishing, and deployments across environments

• Implement release quality and security controls (code quality checks, security scanning, release management)

• Maintain high availability and stability of production environments and support deployment activities

• Design and implement monitoring and observability (metrics, logging, alerts, dashboards)

• Analyze production incidents and resolve performance issues

• Integrate DevSecOps practices into delivery pipelines, including secret management and collaboration with security teams

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and administrators to define infrastructure and deployment standards

• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor less experienced engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Platform Engineer in an enterprise setting

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions

• Practical knowledge of Azure services: compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, backup & disaster recovery

• Experience with FinOps cost optimization

• Very good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, ingress, network policies, autoscaling with HPA, Helm Charts), secret management, and performance troubleshooting

• Advanced knowledge of Terraform (modules, state management, provisioning automation)

• Practical experience with Ansible

• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes and GitHub Actions

• Very good knowledge of Git and source code management strategies

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch

• Ability to analyze production incidents and troubleshoot production environment performance problems

• Good knowledge of Python, Bash, or Go for automation of operational and deployment processes

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices: SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secret management (Vault, Azure Key Vault, KMS)

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR (RODO) and DORA

• Experience with microservices architecture and high-availability systems

• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration with architecture and development teams

• English at least B2
