Description

You will work as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer responsible for keeping cloud infrastructure and applications running reliably while supporting performance and security. The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code, alongside CI/CD support and operations for containerized workloads. You will collaborate on projects spanning public, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments with an emphasis on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer public, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments

• Monitor availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure, applications, and services

• Handle tickets for incidents, problems, and configuration changes per defined processes

• Diagnose and resolve issues in production and test environments

• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools

• Automate recurring administrative and operational tasks using DevOps tooling

• Develop and maintain environment and infrastructure configurations as code (IaC)

• Support CI/CD processes: maintain, standardize, diagnose, and improve existing deployment pipelines

• Operate containerized applications and support application teams with operations

• Participate in deployments: environment preparation, operational validation, stabilization, and handover

• Review technical specifications and project documentation for maintainability and operations

• Promote best practices for cloud platforms

Requirements

• Higher technical education (IT or related)

• 3+ years of experience in complex data processing or infrastructure-application environments

• 2+ years administering/operating Azure cloud environments (preferred) or Google Cloud

• 2+ years maintaining cloud/IT environments and automating operational tasks with tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (or similar)

• 1+ year building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with standard tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef)

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux

• Proficiency with Git and experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (or equivalents)

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker

• Communicative English (speaking and writing) for technical documentation and working with international services
