Description

You will design, build, and operate a secure, resilient, highly available Digital Assets platform by combining DevOps, SRE, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security, and AIOps.

Focus areas include Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, secure CI/CD pipelines for uninterrupted deployments, containerized workload operations on Kubernetes, and full-stack observability with SLO/Error Budget practices.

You will also manage 24/7 on-call, incidents, operational runbooks, and infrastructure security improvements, leveraging AIOps for anomaly detection and alert triage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, construction, and operation of a secure, regulated platform
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
• Design and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines for no-interruption deployments
• Operate containerized workloads with Kubernetes
• Implement a complete observability solution
• Define and operationalize SLO practices and Error Budget management
• Manage 24/7 on-call duties and incidents
• Create actionable operational runbooks
• Reinforce infrastructure security
• Apply AIOps tools for anomaly detection and alert triage
• Provide technical documentation and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Expertise in DevOps and SRE
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)
• CI/CD, Kubernetes, and container skills
• Ability to implement observability solutions
• Knowledge of SLO and Error Budget management practices
• Experience managing incidents and on-call rotations
