Description

You will define and evolve the technical architecture for DevEx capabilities and support adoption of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP). The role includes architectural direction for CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud-native development, and developer tooling—while integrating security, quality, compliance, and software supply chain controls into developer workflows. You will also evaluate AI-assisted development approaches (including Agentic AI and AIOps) where they deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for DevEx capabilities
• Design reusable engineering patterns, reference architectures, golden paths, and self-service solutions
• Support IDP adoption through architecture guidance, reusable templates, infrastructure building blocks, and developer-facing platform capabilities
• Provide architectural direction for CI/CD, automation, IaC, cloud-native development, and developer tooling
• Drive adoption of enterprise DevOps toolchain standards and ensure consistency across engineering workflows
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Architecture, Security, and Product Teams
• Deliver hands-on architectural enablement for product teams to accelerate platform adoption and implementation of enterprise standards
• Establish technical guardrails, governance principles, and reusable engineering standards
• Evaluate emerging engineering technologies such as AI-assisted development, Agentic AI, AIOps, and intelligent automation
• Integrate security, quality, compliance, and software supply chain controls into developer workflows
• Share architectural guidance via documentation, workshops, technical coaching, and engineering communities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloud-native technologies
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, or similar tools
• Good understanding of Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
• Experience designing scalable architectures, reusable engineering patterns, platform integrations, and self-service solutions
• Knowledge of AI-driven engineering practices (AI-assisted development, Agentic AI, AIOps)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
• Understanding of DevSecOps, software supply chain security, and engineering governance
• Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure (cloud platforms, containerization, networking, storage, virtualization, observability)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
