Description

You will help develop and improve clinical information system functionality used in real healthcare operations. The work spans gathering and clarifying requirements, analyzing clinical processes, and preparing workflow and technical inputs for development, testing, and validation. You’ll also contribute to the design of data structures and integration interfaces between systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clarify, and structure requirements from customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Analyze healthcare processes and translate them into proposed functionalities
  • Prepare analytical materials, user scenarios, workflows, and development specifications
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, product teams, and other colleagues on solution design
  • Participate in data structure design, integration interfaces, and system-to-system relationships
  • Verify that delivered solutions meet the requirements and user needs
  • Prepare or update documentation for proposed functionalities
  • Communicate with customers and help find solutions that make sense both procedurally and technically
  • Use modern tools, including AI, to support analysis, documentation, research, scenario design, and solution validation

Requirements

  • Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into clear analytical specifications
  • Analytical thinking and ability to structure complex topics
  • Communication skills to align with development, customers, and internal teams
  • Orientation in information systems and interest in understanding how things work under the hood
  • Basic or advanced SQL and orientation in data structures (depending on seniority)
  • Ability to describe processes, workflows, or user scenarios
  • Careful documentation work and solution validation
  • Independence, responsibility, and willingness to complete tasks
  • Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn clinical environment specifics
  • Openness to using modern AI tools in daily work
