• Salary range: $110,000–$170,000 per year

Description

Project Manager focused on facilitating Agile delivery. You will run and continuously improve planning, daily scrum, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement, while coaching teams on Scrum values, flow, self-management, and continuous improvement. You will manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder transparency using delivery metrics, and partner with Product Owners for backlog readiness and outcome-focused planning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear goals, commitments, and follow-through
• Coach the team on Scrum values, flow, self-management, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Improve predictability, quality, and cycle time using delivery metrics
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog readiness and outcome-focused planning
• Promote transparency through clear reporting of risks, progress, and decisions
• Support release planning, retrospectives, and organizational Agile maturity

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and continuous improvement
• Facilitation experience across planning, daily scrum, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement
• Impediment, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with engineering, product, quality, and operations teams
• Hands-on use of Agile lifecycle and reporting tools
• Scrum certification preferred
• Retail, healthcare, or digital experience is a plus
