Description

Senior Technical Project Manager role managing diverse Agile IT projects, including budget, scope, timeline, and delivery progress reporting to stakeholders. You will work directly with external clients, coordinate delivery of design and software solutions, and drive overall project success using best practices. You will also create lean documentation (e.g., user stories, MVPs) when needed and continuously improve delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, scope, and timeline; report development progress to stakeholders

• Work directly with external clients: build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and maintain a business-oriented approach

• Coordinate design and software solution development; take ownership of overall project success

• Motivate, support, and guide the project team

• Facilitate creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation as necessary

• Continuously look for improvements and question the status quo

• Handle unpredictable situations and propose the best solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing diverse Agile IT projects

• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Pivotal Tracker (or equivalent)

• Experience monitoring and improving delivery quality against software development best practices

• Presales experience: uncover client needs/constraints and craft compelling offers

• Ability to understand client needs across business models and proactively help clients choose suitable solutions

• Technical knowledge to communicate smoothly with developers, product designers, and QA specialists

• English C1+ and Polish C2 (written and spoken)
