Description

You will manage diverse agile IT projects end-to-end, including budget, scope, timeline, and progress reporting to stakeholders. You’ll collaborate directly with external clients, coordinate design and software delivery, and ensure overall project success using Scrum and Agile best practices. You’ll also support the team with lean documentation (e.g., user stories and MVPs), drive continuous improvement, and handle unpredictable situations with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget, scope, timeline, and stakeholder reporting
  • Work with external clients to build long-term relationships and align expectations
  • Coordinate design and software solutions and own project success with team support
  • Motivate, support, and guide the project team
  • Create or facilitate user stories, MVPs, and lean documentation
  • Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo
  • Respond effectively to unpredictable situations

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 2.5 years) managing diverse agile IT projects
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or similar)
  • Experience monitoring and improving delivery quality aligned with software development best practices
  • Ability to understand client needs across business models and proactively help clients choose suitable solutions
  • Technical knowledge enabling smooth communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2)
