Description

Lead development of new products and capabilities as a servant leader, ensuring each product/capability meets customer needs and is delivered on time. Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and align execution within the Xcelerator digital thread ecosystem and Agile Release Train (ART). Guide teams toward aligned outcomes through communication, leadership, problem-solving, research, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs as the internal voice of Functional Program Customers within the ART
• Review customer feedback and data to identify improvements to products or processes
• Communicate with organizational stakeholders to ensure decision-ready information
• Gather requirements with development teams for new features and products
• Work with the Solution Train to define what “complete” and acceptable means
• Provide input into program/Solution vision and roadmap
• Manage and prioritize work flow in the program backlog so enough features remain ready
• Lead and participate in PI Planning and Pre-PI Planning events
• Partner with System Architect/Engineering to understand technical scope and sequencing of work
• Participate in and lead demos and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events

Requirements

• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Proven experience delivering results across functions and programs
• Experience as a Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager (desired)
• Experience with JIRA and technical planning
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership, teams, and individual contributors

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129,000.00 - $239,600.00
