Description

You will support the development, assembly, and testing of HAL3000 computers and servers. The role includes assembling and troubleshooting PC configurations, running diagnostics and benchmarks, testing results, and recommending an ideal hardware setup based on requirements. You will collaborate with sales, product management, technical support, and the HAL3000 team, with English skills needed to understand documentation and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex PC configurations

• Diagnose, test, and analyze assigned computer setups

• Recommend optimal configurations based on customer/user requirements

• Communicate and work with sales, product managers, technical support, and internal teams

Requirements

• Proven advanced knowledge of computer hardware and components

• Ability to assemble, diagnose, test, and analyze a PC configuration and report results

• Active communication and collaboration across internal teams

• English knowledge to understand written instructions and spoken communication

• Advanced proficiency with Windows

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Manual dexterity, precision, independence, and responsibility

• Willingness to grow in computer hardware

• Analytical thinking
