• Role: Power BI Consultant (Junior/Mid-Level)

Description

You will build Power BI reports and dashboards for customers, design data models that calculate correctly, and connect data from customer systems—especially Business Central and Dynamics 365. You’ll work with customers to understand their needs, translate them into requirements, and teach/support them in production. Over time, you will take ownership of your own customers and smaller projects while keeping up with Power BI updates and documenting solutions with help from AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and dashboards in Power BI

• Design and maintain data models for correct calculations

• Connect customer data sources, mainly Business Central and Dynamics 365

• Gather requirements from customers and translate needs into assignments

• Train customers to use reports and provide operational support

• Gradually take ownership of customers and smaller projects

• Monitor Power BI news and bring improvements to the team

• Document solutions with support from AI tools

Requirements

• Practical experience with Power BI (reports, data model, basic DAX)

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Communication skills for daily customer contact

• High school graduation (maturita) or university education

• Motivation to learn and grow (company pays for certifications)
