Description

You’ll help customers move beyond “Excel chaos” by delivering strategic and operational planning applications and models. The work covers financial and operational modeling (sales, production, investments, employee costs), market demand prediction, and CO2 simulation to support legislative needs. You can join as a Junior Consultant or as a more experienced Mid/Senior Consultant, depending on your background.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in design and implementation of applications that support effective planning and decision-making

  • Create models, scenarios, and simulations for business processes (sales, production, investments, CO2, employee costs)

  • Learn and work with planning/analytics tools such as IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Jedox

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and contribute to functional and system specifications

Requirements

  • Junior: IT/finance/economics education (or near completion); advanced Excel; SQL fundamentals; interest in financial analysis/planning/controlling or IT education and willingness to learn; communicative English (German is a plus)

  • Mid/Senior: relevant experience in planning, financial analysis, reporting, or controlling; advanced Excel and SQL (including work with large datasets and complex analyses)

  • Advantage (Mid/Senior): experience with planning tools (IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Jedox)

  • Advantage (Mid/Senior): programming experience (VBA, Python, JavaScript)

  • Mid/Senior: ability to take ownership of project leadership, client communication, and team coordination; Czech native level, communicative English; German is a plus
