Description

Own the company’s data area end-to-end—from defining how data should work across the business (ERP and internal systems) to building a sustainable data architecture, Data Warehouse, pipelines, and reporting. You will connect business questions to the underlying data sources, model entities (e.g., customer, contract, product, pricing, billing, business cases), ensure data quality, unify KPI definitions, and deliver insights for Sales, Marketing, Call Center, Back Office, Product, and Management. Power BI is the main reporting layer, supported by modern AI tooling (Claude/Claude Code) for day-to-day data work.

Responsibilities

• Design the company-wide data architecture and data entity relationships (including source-of-truth decisions)

• Define data flow between systems, handle history/change tracking, and set up data quality

• Build and evolve Data Warehouse structure, data models, ETL/ELT processes, and pipelines

• Implement transformations, historicalization, data quality checks, and documentation

• Produce operational analytics for business teams (funnel performance, call center performance, marketing conversions, churn, product economics)

• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting while avoiding manual Excel exports and inconsistent datasets

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills

• Data modeling experience

• Understanding of Data Warehouse principles

• ETL/ELT and data pipeline experience

• Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) experience

• Experience working with databases and large data structures

• Ability to quickly learn new environments and take responsibility for a data area

• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions across multiple systems
