Description

You will support and enhance Power BI reporting solutions used across business functions. The role covers understanding and improving existing dashboards and datasets, providing operational support, and troubleshooting refresh and data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets

• Analyze existing reporting solutions and document business and technical dependencies

• Provide operational support for Power BI reporting services

• Investigate and resolve report failures, refresh issues, and data quality problems

• Optimize report performance and improve usability of dashboards

• Support report lifecycle management and deployment activities

• Design and maintain Power BI data models; build and optimize DAX measures and calculations

• Create Power Query transformations and data preparation processes

• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability

• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, SharePoint, enterprise applications, business systems)

• Manage dataset refresh processes and gateway configurations; troubleshoot connectivity and data ingestion issues

• Support workspace administration and report governance; implement and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS)

• Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions and maintain technical/operational documentation

Requirements

• EU citizenship and residence in Poland

• 3–5+ years of experience with Power BI development and support

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX

• Experience with Power BI data modelling and report development

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources

• Understanding of Power BI workspaces, datasets, reports, and dashboards

• Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS)

• Knowledge of dataset refresh and gateway management

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Very good command of English
