Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Application Security programs from inception through execution and closure. Define program roadmaps, governance, milestones, risks, and financial performance metrics, and integrate AI-driven and agentic workflows into existing security processes to improve threat detection and remediation speed. Establish vulnerability triage, exploitability validation, and business-impact-based remediation prioritization, while driving measurable risk reduction and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise Application Security programs (inception to closure)
• Define roadmaps, milestones, risk/governance, and financial performance metrics
• Integrate AI-driven and agentic workflows into security processes
• Oversee triage of security findings, validate exploitability, prioritize remediation by business impact
• Automate vulnerability management to measurably reduce risk exposure
• Set governance and reporting standards for enterprise security posture visibility
• Present KPIs, risk metrics, and roadmap outcomes to executives and governance boards
• Manage cross-functional engineering and operations teams for delivery excellence

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in cybersecurity delivery management or program governance (Application Security focus)
• Recognized certification: CSSLP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of SDLC, vulnerability management, and risk quantification
• Demonstrated experience implementing or managing AI-enabled or automated security workflows
• Experience with complex governance models, budgets, and multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
