Description

Manage and optimize cybersecurity security processes, providing methodological leadership and monitoring performance, including coordination of key security projects within the security unit.

Oversee service delivery with contracted services and SLAs, manage impacts into the security unit, and coordinate requests between security, technical teams, and operations.

Support customers and internal stakeholders through control activities, user training, and service support.
