• Role: Cybersecurity Lead (technical leadership for R&D projects)

• Work arrangement: On-site (hybrid possible after 3 months)

Description

You will provide the technical cybersecurity direction for R&D projects covering cybersecurity, AI, safety of technical systems, and organizational/infrastructure resilience. The work spans from early-stage problem recognition and standards/literature analysis through prototype development, testing, validation, and results documentation. You will translate regulatory/security requirements into concrete technical requirements and ensure that solutions work in practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare security assumptions for new technological solutions

• Perform threat and risk analyses

• Define security requirements for prototypes, system architectures, and test environments

• Review technical projects for security by design and security by default

• Select relevant standards and best practices for the research problem

• Participate in planning security and resilience tests

• Prepare reports, expert opinions, and scientific-technical materials

• Shared role: act as the substantive cybersecurity lead within projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years managing teams

• Experience in cybersecurity analysis or design

• Knowledge of threat modeling, risk assessment, and security by design (or related methodologies)

• Knowledge of cybersecurity norms and standards (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443)

• Ability to convert regulatory requirements into technical security requirements

• Strong documentation quality and clear recommendations
