Description

You will create and set up the structure for integrated multichannel campaigns across Communications, in close collaboration with fundraising and HR. The role translates complex humanitarian topics and values into compelling stories and messages that mobilize the public or specific target groups. You will manage campaign strategy, goals, execution, reporting, and performance evaluation using measurable results and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute campaign strategy; set goals and report results with KPI-based performance monitoring

  • Lead and coordinate a team working on campaigns; manage multidisciplinary stakeholders including employees, consultants, and external partners

  • Develop innovative approaches to increase public awareness and achieve fundraising or HR goals

  • Coordinate campaign implementation, including defining goals, Theory of Change, and detailed working plans

  • Ensure effective collaboration with fundraising, HR, and communications teams, understanding their needs, brand strategies, and specific messages

  • Coordinate collaboration across team leads within the Czech office

  • Manage campaign budgets

  • Analyze campaign performance and convert insights into practical recommendations and actions

  • Plan and run a major awareness campaign

  • Build and develop relationships with creative agencies

Requirements

  • University degree or comparable professional experience in marketing, communications, media, social sciences, fundraising, advocacy, or related fields

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to turn ideas into strategy and plans

  • Ability to lead teams across functions and external partners

  • Creativity and enthusiasm for creative solutions

  • Independence, personal accountability, and proactive approach

  • English knowledge at least C1 (written and spoken)

  • User-level MS Office knowledge (working on MS 365)

  • Knowledge of nonprofit sector market and trends and relevant best practices

  • Awareness of public advocacy campaigns

  • Commitment and interest in humanitarian and medical assistance, alignment with MSF Charter values

  • Experience leading teams (line or project leadership)

  • Experience with outdoor campaigns

  • Experience with digital campaigns

  • Experience leading and managing campaigns
