Description

You will configure, operate, and administer Cisco ISE for WLAN access, including TACACS and RADIUS authentication. The role includes validating and testing WLAN/ISE upgrades before global rollout, operating enterprise WLAN solutions for coverage, performance, and stability across sites, and providing 3rd-level WLAN support for complex incidents. You’ll also help strengthen WLAN security standards with IT Security, train local IT teams, and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and administer Cisco ISE for WLAN access with TACACS and RADIUS
• Manage and provision Cisco WLAN Controllers via Cisco Catalyst Center
• Perform technical validation and testing of WLAN and ISE software upgrades before global deployment
• Design, implement, and operate corporate WLAN solutions focused on coverage, performance, and stability
• Provide 3rd-level WLAN support, resolving complex incidents to reduce downtime (support for RIT and LIT)
• Develop and improve WLAN security standards with the IT Security team
• Train local IT teams on WLAN architecture, operations, and security principles
• Update and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including OSI model principles
• Ability to design, implement, and operate enterprise WLAN solutions ensuring reliable coverage, performance, and stability across all sites
• English at a communicative level
