Description

You will design, operate, monitor, and develop the enterprise network infrastructure across European offices. The work includes managing LAN/WAN/WLAN, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability, and handling network incidents and outages. You will configure Cisco switching/routing and WLAN, administer Cisco ISE/NAC, manage Palo Alto firewalls, implement security rules and segmentation, and contribute to network architecture standardization and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and develop LAN, WAN, and WLAN across multiple European locations

• Ensure availability, performance, and stability of network services

• Diagnose and resolve network incidents and outages

• Manage and configure Cisco networking (switching, routing, WLAN)

• Administer Cisco ISE and NAC, and manage/configure Palo Alto firewalls

• Implement network and security rules, including segmentation and protection of network communication

• Support standardization of network architecture across European sites

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Coordinate with external vendors and support infrastructure projects

• Stay up to date with network and security trends and technologies

• Participate in day-to-day IT department operations

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise networks

• Proven experience with Cisco networking technologies

• Knowledge of routing and switching

• Firewall administration experience (Palo Alto preferred)

• Experience with NAC solutions and network access management

• Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems and analyze root causes

• Basic understanding of network security and segmentation

• Advantage: experience in a manufacturing environment

• English communication skills for daily use

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Independence, responsibility, and ability to collaborate in an international environment
