Description

Maintain and optimize data quality in CRM, SAP, and other Sales systems. Execute data cleansing and data maintenance tasks, support enhancements of CRM and related Sales systems, and collaborate with IT and Sales stakeholders. Build smaller automations using Power Automate, macros, automated reports, and AI agents, while training team members on effective tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize data quality in CRM, SAP, and other Sales tools
• Perform data cleansing and data maintenance
• Support enhancements of CRM and other Sales systems
• Collaborate with IT, Sales Excellence Project, Key Account Management, and Reporting teams
• Train hub team members in tool usage
• Develop smaller automations (Power Automate, macros, automated reports) and AI agents

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, BI, or Sales tools
• Strong data and systems affinity
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems
• Experience with prompting for AI agents
• Knowledge in data mining and tools
• Ability to adapt tools to processing requirements
• Fluent English
