• Role: ERP Implementation Consultant (Helios)

• Travel: Approximately 2 times per week to customer sites in the Czech Republic

• Work style: Flexible hours; occasional work from home (2 days per week)

Description

You will configure and support the Helios ERP system based on customer requirements. The role includes training users, troubleshooting, testing custom modifications, and supporting colleagues during implementations. You will also communicate with customers and conduct regular customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Helios system according to customer requirements

• Train users of the system

• Identify causes of system problems and solve systemic issues

• Test customer-specific system customizations

• Support colleagues during implementation

• Communicate with customers and members of the implementation team

• Make regular trips to customers (about 2 times per week within the Czech Republic)

Requirements

• Understanding of business processes, especially logistics and manufacturing

• Experience with information systems (Helios knowledge is an advantage)

• Communication and presentation skills

• Meticulousness, independence, and ability to work in a team

• Valid driver’s license category B
