You will support users of the Avensio payroll program through requirement analysis, solution proposals, and hotline handling. The role also includes user training, participation in new customer implementation projects, documentation, and testing of new modules plus program updates related to legislative changes. Avensio experience and interest in lecturing are strong advantages.

Responsibilities

• User support including analysis of requirements and solution proposals
• Handle customer requests via hotline
• Conduct user trainings
• Participate in implementation projects for new clients
• Create program documentation
• Test new modules and coordinate program adjustments following legislative changes

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of payroll matters and legislation
• Professional, positive approach toward clients and colleagues
• Experience with payroll systems
• Analytical thinking
• Independence, responsibility, communication, and proactivity
