Description

You will be trained and expected to fully master the Helios Inuvio system. The role involves communicating with customers to understand their needs, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting the team during system implementation. You will also train new users and travel to customers in the Czech Republic about 2x per week.

Responsibilities

• Train on and master Helios Inuvio

• Communicate with customers and identify their system needs

• Find the most suitable solutions

• Support implementation of the system

• Train new users

• Conduct customer visits (approximately 2x per week in the Czech Republic)

Requirements

• Orientation in business processes (sales, logistics and/or production)

• Experience with an enterprise information system (Helios knowledge is an advantage)

• Communication and presentation skills

• Driver’s license category B
