Description

You will take responsibility for investment intentions from the first concept to final handover, ensuring each step has clear direction and results. The role combines planning and coordination with financial oversight and risk evaluation, while keeping technical inputs complete, correct, and aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment projects: plan steps, monitor milestones, and coordinate activities within the defined framework

• Financial oversight: own budget creation and management, continuously control spending, and evaluate costs

• Oversee technical documentation: ensure materials are complete, accurate, and compliant with project requirements

• Coordinate technical inputs: align outputs from external partners and internal teams and ensure schedule adherence

• Monitor project progress: track completion of steps, evaluate risks, and propose solutions

• Reporting to leadership: provide clear updates on project status, deliverables, and financial development

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in a technical or economic field

• Experience with investment project management

• Ability to organize work and drive tasks to completion

• Orientation in budgets and financial management

• Communication skills and ability to deal with various partners

• Driver’s license category B
