Description

You will work in customer security monitoring—tracking and addressing security situations (SOC), analyzing security incidents, and contributing to improvements and development of monitoring systems. The role is a good fit if you are interested in gaining practical experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security events for customers (SOC)
• Analyze security incidents
• Improve the monitoring/oversight process
• Develop and enhance monitoring systems

Requirements

• Preferred experience with security monitoring systems such as SIEM, IPS, and EDR
• Preferred ability to analyze and interpret security logs, events, and incidents
• Preferred ability to perform basic data operations (e.g., parsing, mapping)
• Preferred knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, and other cybersecurity technologies
• Analytical and communication skills
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus
