• Role: Data Business Analyst (DRRP project support)

• Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office in Warsaw)

• Rate: 135 PLN/hour

Description

Support the DRRP project by understanding data sources, how data flows through databases and systems, the transformations applied, and the final outcome of the data.

Responsibilities

• Review existing databases, tables, data structures, and technical documentation

• Understand end-to-end data flows across different systems

• Map data from source → transformation → target

• Identify dependencies between databases, applications, and systems

• Create and maintain data lineage documentation

• Update data lineage information in IBM IGC

• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, system owners, and business stakeholders to gather missing information

• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation

• Document data sources, transformations, and target systems

• Coordinate information across stakeholders to ensure lineage is complete and accurate

Requirements

• Good understanding of relational databases and data structures

• Basic practical knowledge of SQL

• Experience with data mapping, data flows, or data lineage

• Ability to understand technical documentation and translate it into structured documentation

• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance / metadata management

• IBM IGC experience
