Description

You will support the development and modernization of IT systems for the electricity retail market by analyzing business requirements, modeling processes, and translating regulatory needs into IT solutions. The work focuses on projects related to energy storage and RES/renewables, in collaboration with business experts, IT teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analyses supporting the development of information systems

• Define and document business requirements for IT system changes

• Analyze legal and regulatory acts for their impact on business processes and system functionalities

• Prepare contributions to business and project documentation

• Verify business documentation for correctness and completeness

• Create and maintain templates for documents, reports, presentations, and training materials

• Develop and document business processes, procedures, and instructions

• Run business training sessions and workshops

• Support the development and testing of portals and applications within the IT systems scope

• Lead consultations with internal and external stakeholders

• Act as owner for selected business areas

• Collaborate with IT system vendors and project teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in the electricity retail market

• Practical knowledge of processes executed by Distribution System Operators (OSD) and energy sellers

• Minimum 3 years experience in process and system modeling with UML, BPMN, or ArchiMate

• Minimum 3 years experience in GUI prototyping

• Ability to collect, define, and document business requirements

• Knowledge of how the electricity retail market works

• Experience analyzing how regulatory/legal changes affect business processes and IT solutions

• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Teamwork skills and experience running workshops and consultations
