Description

The Execution Leader/Scrum Master drives successful delivery of strategic initiatives from idea to implementation while facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching the team. The role combines Agile leadership, project execution, stakeholder management, delivery management, and AI enablement to achieve committed outcomes. You will also identify and drive AI opportunities that improve productivity, quality, speed, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ways of working (Scrum and SAFe) and ensure effective execution.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, continuous improvement, flow optimization, and value-driven delivery.
• Foster a self-organizing, cross-functional team culture with collaboration, accountability, transparency, and psychological safety.
• Monitor and improve team health, engagement, predictability, quality, and delivery performance.
• Own strategic initiatives (epics, features, and cross-team deliveries) across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, and execution tracking.
• Proactively drive execution by removing blockers, coordinating issue resolution, escalating risks, and enabling timely decisions.
• Coordinate complex deliveries across multiple teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technology organizations.
• Ensure delivery progresses against scope, timelines, quality expectations, governance requirements, and funding constraints.
• Maintain visibility of delivery status and drive actions needed to achieve committed business outcomes.
• Identify and implement AI use cases with teams; ensure AI/automation opportunities are considered during refinement, sprint planning, and PI Planning.
• Promote an AI-first mindset across the software development lifecycle (planning, backlog management, documentation, testing, reporting, and communication).

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination capabilities.
• Good understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies, infrastructure concepts, DevOps, and modern software development practices.
• Ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Proven interest in AI-driven ways of working and the ability to identify and drive adoption of AI/automation to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, Open Banking, or Embedded Banking.
