Description

You will support engineering teams in becoming more effective, collaborative, and self-organising, while contributing to a business-critical project and driving practical process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Monitor sprint progress and support teams in achieving delivery goals

• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement

• Help teams solve day-to-day challenges and improve their ways of working

• Support the implementation of process and organisational changes

• Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks together with development teams

• Foster a collaborative environment and help teams become more self-organising

• Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT or engineering teams

• Practical knowledge of SAFe

• Servant-leadership mindset and confidence in guiding teams through change

• Experience building and supporting self-organising teams

• Understanding of software development processes and delivery practices

• Previous technical experience or close cooperation with technical teams

• Proven experience implementing organisational or process improvements

• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
