Description

• Supporting teams in effective use of Scrum and developing agile maturity
• Participation in innovative R&D projects supporting development of modern technological solutions
• Close cooperation with the Product Owner regarding prioritization and maintaining Product Backlog quality
• Identifying barriers limiting effective collaboration
• Co-creating a work environment that supports engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Monitoring team effectiveness and recommending process and working-style improvements
• Promoting Agile best practices and supporting the organization in further agile transformation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in an environment developing technological products
• Practical knowledge of the software development process and working with developer teams
• Experience initiating and implementing organizational improvements
• PSM certificate and practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to build partnership-based relationships and work based on trust
• Proactive approach focused on growth and continuous improvement
