Description

You will support Agile/Scrum delivery for IT projects by organizing developer teams’ work, planning and coordinating sprints and recurring project meetings, and monitoring progress and reporting correctness. You will help teams apply Agile/Scrum best practices and work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective technological solution delivery. This is a long-term project for a large organization in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of developer work

• Plan and organize sprints

• Organize and run recurring meetings for project teams

• Verify correctness of work reporting by the development team

• Monitor and report progress of work execution

• Support teams in adopting Agile/Scrum best practices

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• Higher education

• 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects

• 3+ years as Scrum Master within the last 5 years on IT projects with net value of at least 100,000 PLN

• Very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum

• Knowledge aligned with PSM I, PSM II, or UML2 Foundation certification level

• General knowledge of web application architecture based on .NET/ASP.NET Core and JavaScript (React, Angular)

• Experience with Azure DevOps in a Scrum environment

• Knowledge of Git version control systems

• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation of builds, tests, and deployments

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• English enabling work with technical documentation
