Description

Own the product vision and roadmap for selected AI initiatives, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and translate business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria. Coordinate delivery with architects, AI developers, data engineers, and system engineers from idea and feasibility through MVP delivery and production rollout. Monitor adoption and success metrics while supporting new AI use case prioritization and reuse of existing AI capabilities and platform services.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by business value and strategy
• Gather, analyze, and refine requirements with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with architects, AI developers, data engineers, and system engineers to ensure delivery
• Coordinate the product lifecycle from feasibility and MVP through production rollout
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making
• Identify and prioritize new AI use cases across the organization
• Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and business goals
• Monitor adoption and success metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Promote reuse of existing AI capabilities and platform services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager (or similar) in an Agile environment
• Practical experience managing product backlogs and defining priorities
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of decisions
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
