Description

Manage cybersecurity projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within approved scope, time, and quality constraints. Establish and maintain project controls and quality assurance, track risks/issues/changes, and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders. Produce and maintain project documentation and technical reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant methodologies and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery lifecycle to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets
• Set up project controls and monitor milestones and deliverables
• Continuously assess and ensure quality of project deliverables
• Identify, track, and communicate risks, issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
• Serve as primary liaison with the Project Board and key stakeholders
• Assign and oversee tasks, authorize work packages, and manage priorities/workloads
• Plan, coordinate, and control project delivery processes
• Manage internal/external communications among stakeholders
• Create and maintain project management documentation (plans, schedules, logs, reports, governance materials)
• Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability for all parties
• Deliver technical reports, project updates, and presentations to management
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to achieve objectives
• Support decision-making with accurate project information, analysis, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, organizational standards, and governance
