Description

Manage, monitor, and optimize cybersecurity processes within the security unit, including methodological leadership. Coordinate backbone projects within SOC/CSIRT security services, oversee delivery progress against contracted services, and manage impacts through SLA and service delivery. Provide customer communication, control activities, and user training to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and optimize security processes; provide methodological guidance

• Coordinate backbone projects and track fulfillment against contracted services

• Work with contracted services and SLA; manage impacts to the security unit

• Manage requirements from the security unit to technical and operations teams

• Communicate with customers, internal sales, and service delivery managers during service preparation and delivery

• Perform control activities, train users, and support customers of the service

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ICT technologies and orientation in cybersecurity environments, especially experience with SOC/CSIRT operations

• English at a communicative level

• Advanced MS Office knowledge

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional conduct with internal teams and customers

• Independence, consistency, organizational skills, conceptual thinking, and results orientation
