About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation and integration initiatives within Cloud and Cybersecurity domains.

In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. You will work across technology, security, and business teams, delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation and integration projects in Cloud and Cybersecurity
• Own the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cloud, Security, and Business
• Facilitate governance, documentation, and change management activities
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and compliance requirements
• Provide regular project reporting and executive updates
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support decision-making throughout project delivery

Requirements (must-have)

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading IT transformation projects
• Experience delivering projects independently as the sole Project Manager
• PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP)
• Strong experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with IT transformation and integration projects
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains
• Knowledge of one or more of the following:
  • Azure Cloud Architecture
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
  • Network Security
  • Firewalls and Proxy solutions
  • Endpoint Protection
  • Security Monitoring
  • Vulnerability Management
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience within the banking or financial sector
• Experience delivering security transformation initiatives
