Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-year cryptography program, ensuring successful execution of Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) capabilities across several workstreams. You will provide subject-matter leadership on CLM, PKI, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness, while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery: scope, planning, RAID, dependencies, and governance across workstreams
• Manage multi-million USD budget, forecasting, vendor spend, and financial governance
• Provide SME leadership on CLM, PKI, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness
• Coordinate across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external suppliers
• Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, and audit requirements; deliver reporting and executive updates

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology program management, especially multi-year complex initiatives
• Strong expertise in PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management, including issuance, renewal, revocation, key management, and automation
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder governance
• Experience managing multi-million USD budgets and vendor relationships
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Legal right to work in the European Union
