Description

Lead development of an insurance platform by delivering end-to-end solutions and modernizing legacy systems toward a modular architecture on Azure. You will build backend services with .NET Core, Entity Framework, Dapper, and MS SQL; design REST and XML APIs; and manage cloud infrastructure. You will also drive practical, secure AI adoption into the SDLC using tools and agents around Anthropic Claude.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Modernize legacy platforms incrementally toward modular architecture under Azure
• Lead AI adoption within the team with practical, secure, measurable usage of AI tools and agents
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Dapper
• Design and tune databases, stored procedures, and queries in MS SQL
• Implement REST and XML-based APIs
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
• Develop web application interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation processes
• Apply secure coding practices across the development lifecycle
• Document technical specifications clearly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Proficiency in .NET Core (8-10), Entity Framework, and Dapper
• Expertise in REST and XML-based APIs
• Expert-level skills in MS SQL (query tuning, stored procedures, database design)
• Experience with AI for SDLC and Claude Code; readiness to lead AI adoption
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform (Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps)
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular
• Hands-on DevOps experience (Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Azure ARM, Terraform) for CI/CD and automation
• Awareness of SignalR/WebSockets
• Strong secure coding practices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team
• Leadership, collaboration, time management, and ability to document specifications
