Description

Lead development of an insurance platform end-to-end across backend services, web frontends, Azure cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. Modernize legacy systems toward a modular architecture on Azure and drive secure, measurable AI adoption into the SDLC. Build REST/XML APIs, database components, and CI/CD automation while documenting technical specifications for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Build full-stack web applications and deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Modernize legacy platforms incrementally toward modular architecture on Azure

  • Lead AI adoption within the team using AI tools and agents in a secure, measurable way

  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Dapper

  • Design and tune databases, stored procedures, and queries in MS SQL

  • Implement REST and XML-based APIs

  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps

  • Develop web application interfaces using modern frameworks

  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation processes

  • Apply secure coding practices across the development lifecycle

  • Document technical specifications clearly for team alignment

  • Collaborate with the team and manage time to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications with end-to-end delivery

  • .NET Core (8–10), Entity Framework, and Dapper

  • REST and XML-based API development

  • Expert MS SQL skills: query tuning, stored procedures, and database design

  • Experience with AI for SDLC and Claude Code; readiness to lead AI adoption

  • Azure knowledge including Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps

  • Hands-on frontend framework experience (Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular)

  • DevOps experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Azure ARM, or Terraform for CI/CD and automation

  • Awareness of SignalR / WebSockets

  • Strong focus on secure coding

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and operate in a team environment

  • Leadership, collaboration, time management, and clear technical documentation
